1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

- Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights.
- Generate, distribute or store illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or overload our systems except as expressly permitted.
- Resell or redistribute API access without written authorisation, where applicable.
- Generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts, non-consensual imagery, or other prohibited uses defined in our API policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. API services
API access is provided on an "as available" basis subject to fair usage, rate limits and documentation. We may modify, deprecate or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice where practicable. You are responsible for integrating and using APIs in compliance with applicable laws and third-party model provider terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, documentation and underlying technology, remain the property of LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process such Content solely to provide and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate third-party AI models, payment processors, analytics tools or external links. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LANNE DIGITAL PORTAL - FZCO, its manager, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Content or your violation of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Paid services
Paid subscriptions, credits and one-time purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale (CGV) and Refund Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.
